average JOE&CO. began with just 10 hoodies made for our family at Christmas. Each one carried a message meant to encourage the people we love. But something unexpected happened. People started asking where they could buy one. They connected with the messages and how it made them feel when they saw them. That encouragement could be something you wear and share. That support showed us something powerful: People are craving authenticity, encouragement and connection. And that most people are carrying more than we realize.
A kind word, a simple message, a reminder that someone is cheering for them. Sometimes that’s enough to help change someone’s day.
So average JOE&CO. grew from that small beginning with a simple purpose. To remind everyday people that they matter. Every purchase helps us continue the mission, because when encouragement spreads, entire communities grow stronger.
